Her leadership development programs promote belief shift and resourceful mindsets that support transformation and momentum. Her ability to build safe collaborative environments whose conversations focus on trust, culture and strategy is sought after by organisations ready to get high levels of buy in and commitment.

Tracey comes from a rich and varied background, as a senior leader in education, project manager in the automotive industry, and the restaurant industry as a business manager. Her clients come from all sectors: education; health; government; hospitality; finance. In addition to working with organisations and businesses, Tracey also facilitates multistakeholder forums and projects aimed at creating cross sector collaboration.

Tracey is well known for her high energy interactive and engaging style.
