Michael has over 15 years Sales and Marketing experience, plus qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Marketing and Coaching. This is the foundation that makes Michael a highly effective facilitator. He was a successful sportsman, playing at Collingwood in the AFL and has continued to be a high achiever in his business career.
During his business career Michael achieved record sales and profit growth at Kea Sportswear as National Sales Manager. Michael moved to the software industry with Multiactive Software and again achieved record sales and profit growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Michael is also a Genos Accredited Emotional Intelligence Master Practitioner. He uses EI in a unique way to help your team increase sales.
Michael is a father of two, a keen runner (10 Half-Marathons), personal development “junkie” and an active member of the International Coach Federation.
