Tracey is an expert in helping organisations thrive by focusing on building the key pillars of learning intelligence: growth mindset, compelling environment and authentic dialogue. She builds the capacity of leaders to create an energy buzz about the work and alignment on the future plans. She helps leaders and staff co-create and collaborate – and most importantly, act on it!

Her background in education and her experience in working with businesses in all sectors talking about the tricky stuff means that the things that need to be said get said and the things that need to be done, implemented. Her leadership development programs promote belief shift and resourceful mindsets that support transformation and momentum. Her ability to build safe collaborative environments whose conversations focus on trust, culture and strategy is sought after by organisations ready to get high levels of buy in and commitment.

Tracey comes from a rich and varied background, as a senior leader in education, project manager in the automotive industry, and the restaurant industry as a business manager. Her clients come from all sectors: education; health; government; hospitality; finance. In addition to working with organisations and businesses, Tracey also facilitates multistakeholder forums and projects aimed at creating cross sector collaboration.

Tracey is well known for her high energy interactive and engaging style. She uses visual tools to increase the collaboration and ‘stickiness’ of the work being discussed and gets leaders the momentum they need for improvement. This leading edge approach, along with Conversational Intelligence, provides the foundation for conversations that promote trust and a ‘we-culture’.

Tracey is a qualified educator, and accredited in Conversational Intelligence. IN addition, she is also accredited in a number of other tools, such as Genos Emotional Intelligence; MBTI; Spiral Dynamics, Neuro-Linguistics Programming and the i4 Neuroleadership tool. Tracey is a member of the Australian Council of Educational Leaders , the International Forum of Visual Practitioners and a member of Thought Leaders Australia

Tracey is the author of ‘The Buzz – Creating Thriving and Collaborative Staff Learning Cultures’ – a book for educational leaders.
