Anoushka Gungadin is a leadership mentor, speaker and best-selling author. Her passion has led her to don 2 hats in her professional life, with the magical intersections of entrepreneurial leadership and personal growth.
In her leadership business, Anoushka specialises in working with executives and entrepreneurs to unlock and leverage their entrepreneurial leadership. Having lived in three different continents and worked with local business leaders across the world, she knows the challenges they face. In response, she has established a program for business leaders to become remarkable, visible and create success on their own terms.
Her other love relates to The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award in Victoria, the world’s leading youth award for non-formal education, reaching more than 8 million young people globally. Through her former role as the CEO of the Duke of Ed Victoria, Anoushka helped build the next generation of young people to become empowered leaders, involved community members and to head into the future with confidence.
Anoushka was surprised by the gender gap when she started working in Australia in 2013. She has since co-authored 4 books in ‘The Nurtured Woman’ series to empower women locally and globally.
Anoushka holds an MBA and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is multilingual and has extensive cross cultural expertise across Africa, France, India, China and Australia. She bring her rich life and work experience to her clients.
Anoushka has a reputation for being straightforward and goal-driven to achieve breakthroughs for her clients. She leaves them feeling in love with their life and work.
