Ernest Antoine provides coaching and related consultancy services in the areas of leadership, culture and psychology. He specialises in developing the performance of senior leaders, particularly those in state and national governments. In Victoria, Ernie has provided coaching to senior public sector leaders from the Departments of Premier and Cabinet, Treasury and Finance, Justice and Community Safety, Jobs Precincts and Regions and Health and Human Services. Ernie has particular expertise in training, coaching and mentoring leaders from diverse cultures and multi-national organisations. Trained at Harvard University, Ernie has designed and delivered coaching programs in leadership, employee engagement, cross cultural teamwork, unconscious bias, power and influence and high performing teams. Currently he is executive coach/facilitator with Victorian Leadership Academy and Associate of Melbourne Business School and the Centre for Creative Leadership (Asia-Pacific). Ernie has a Masters in Educational Psychology (The University of Melbourne) and a Masters in Business Administration (RMIT University) as well as other tertiary qualifications and accreditation in multiple leadership instruments. Ernie is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychology.
