Jasmine Pereira is a global human resources consultant, leadership facilitator and executive coach with a wealth of experience in Asian, International and public sector businesses.   Her breadth of global experience means she is particularly sensitive to diversity and culture, which she integrates very effectively in both her consulting and coaching practice.

With a passion for working with people, Jasmine is able to focus specifically in helping others arrive at peak performance through facilitating their personal insights and awareness to understand their impact in both personal and professional situations. In group settings, she draws on the collective wisdom of participants, fostering dialogue and collaboration to encourage the group towards sustainable behavioral change

Jasmine coaches on a range of issues, drawing on her own corporate and consulting career and leadership roles across a broad range of industry sectors. Her extensive experience and ability to shift a leader’s focus means she coaches executive management to improve individual and team performance with measurable results.

Prior to embarking on her private consulting and coaching practice, Jasmine has held senior leadership roles with Walt Disney and Towers Watson Asia Pacific/Australia.  More recently she has held the role of Director Asian Business with the Melbourne Business School, where she pioneered and led the School’s growth strategy into Asia
