Anne is an experienced coaching professional with a wide breadth of coaching experience across a range of private and public organisations at middle, senior and CEO leadership levels. Anne has acquired a broad knowledge of leadership and organisational issues through her experience working across a diverse range of national and multinational businesses in different industries.

Anne has provided HR leadership in a number of mergers, takeovers and acquisitions including the establishment of operations in New Zealand. The companies she worked for include Dun & Bradstreet, Fisher Scientific, Australasian Solutions Group and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She managed a variety of international projects including regional leadership development across Asia Pacific, organisation development and business planning. Working on behalf of herself and her partner, Anne has also commercialised a telephony product from proof of concept through to commercial sale.

Anne has coached in the public sector, with first tier professional services firms, several multinational IT companies and in the manufacturing, FMCG and resources sectors. She was actively involved as a coach and facilitator in Leadership 21, a Federal Government program offered to CEOs within the SME sector. She has also provided coaching services on behalf of the Melbourne Business School/Mt Eliza Executive Education. She is an experienced facilitator and has facilitated ‘Manager as Coach’ for a number of clients and  has taught Human Resources Management and Management Studies at tertiary level.

Anne has a BA (Psychology) from Swinburne University, a Masters of Applied Science (Coaching) University of Sydney and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Anne is a Registered Psychologist and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), University of Sydney Coaching & Mentoring Association (USCMA), APS Coaching Psychology Interest Group and the Institute of Coaching Professional Association (an affiliate of the Harvard University Medical School).
