Margaret has more than 20 years’ experience and brings substantial executive education expertise to her leadership programs. She has worked as a management consultant and facilitator with complex organisations, including:

Margaret has worked with emerging leaders through the education sector more than 30 years. She joined MBS-Mt Eliza 20 years ago, designing the curriculum for the highly successful Frontline Program, which focused on integrating practical management ideas into the workplace through work-based action plan assignments.
Previously, Margaret served as the faculty head of languages in an independent secondary college. Managing and leading a large group of professionals in this demanding and accountable environment, she gained significant first-hand experience in the daily challenges and complexities faced by leaders.
Margaret has delivered programs throughout Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe and the USA for many well-known complex organisations, including Origin Energy, Melbourne Water, Aviva Financial Services, Macquarie Bank, Air Services Australia, the Attorneys General Department, Defence Housing Authority, Sanofi-Synthelabo, Tyco Services, Kimberly-Clark, Australia Post, Holden, Hilton International Hotels and local government authorities.
